Welcome to my blog! I’m so glad you’re here and taking a moment to explore holistic, research-backed approaches to health and wellness. My hope in creating this space is to share both evidence-informed and clinically tested insights that can help you and your family live your healthiest, most vibrant lives.
One of the guiding principles of Naturopathic Medicine is Docere—“Doctor as Teacher.” At its core, this means no one should feel confused or powerless when it comes to their well-being. I want every patient to feel confident in understanding their body, recognizing early signs of imbalance, and knowing how to support themselves with safe, foundational tools. When you understand what your body is asking for, you’re already halfway to healing.
I also practice in what I call the “in-between” space of medicine. This means honoring the rich historical roots of Naturopathic Medicine—using herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle, mind-body practices, and gentle therapeutics as first-line support—while also embracing the advancements of functional medicine, including expanded lab testing, physiology-based treatment strategies, and modern clinical research. I find that weaving these two worlds together allows for the most personalized and effective approach to care. Every person is different, and your treatment plan should reflect that.
In this blog, you’ll find posts that dive into a variety of topics: foundational health habits, digestive balance, women’s health and hormones, stress resilience, pediatric wellness, natural therapies, and more. Some posts will be educational deep dives, and others will be simple, approachable guides you can begin applying right away. My goal is to make holistic health understandable, practical, and empowering.
I hope you find these posts informative, supportive, and even a little fun. Thank you for being here, for being curious, and for taking steps toward better understanding your whole health. There is so much wisdom in your body—and I look forward to helping you connect with it
